Partner Terms
Eligibility and account
A Partner must have legal capacity to participate, provide accurate account and contact information, protect account access, and keep required tax or payout details current. Participation is free. Approval and continued access depend on these Terms and applicable law.
Independent relationship
A Partner acts as an independent referrer and has no authority to bind Adria Science, accept money for Adria, negotiate for Adria, or present themselves as an employee, agent, spokesperson, or official source.
Limited brand and link licence
While the account is active, Adria grants a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the assigned referral link, code, and approved brand materials only for accurate Partner promotion. A Partner may not register confusing domains, handles, profiles, or paid-search terms using Adria marks.
Research-use-only communication
Promotion must describe products strictly for lawful research, laboratory, analytical, educational, or R&D purposes, where permitted by applicable law. Human or animal use, dosing, administration, treatment, outcome, safety, performance, weight, anti-ageing, or other medical claims are prohibited.
Required affiliate disclosure
Every post, page, video, message, advertisement, or other communication containing an Adria referral link or code must clearly disclose the material relationship in language the audience can understand. The disclosure must be visible with the promotion and not hidden in fine print.
Lawful conduct and prohibited activity
Spam, unsolicited bulk messaging, false claims, impersonation, fake clicks, cookie stuffing, self-referrals, referrals involving the same household or a close relative, account takeover, misleading price claims, brand bidding, prohibited-platform promotion, and any attempt to manipulate attribution or commission are forbidden. The separate Refer a Friend program is for genuine research friends, not another account controlled by the same person or household.
Initial referral and account attribution
After any consent required for that visitor, a referral link may be remembered on that browser for 30 days. The first unexpired consented Partner link takes priority over a later link. A deliberately entered valid Partner coupon can attribute an eligible order through the native affiliate system. Orders already attributed to the existing Coupon Affiliates program are excluded from this new program so the same order does not earn twice.
Account and guest limits
Commission requires valid attribution on each order. The current program does not enable permanent customer-account binding. A cleared cookie, different browser or device, or guest reorder may require the customer to use the Partner code or link again. Later qualifying orders use the applicable later-order rate when attributed to the Partner.
First and later qualifying orders
First and later refer to the customer’s qualifying order history with Adria Science, including qualifying orders before the customer used your code or link. They do not refer to your first referral, a monthly order count or the customer’s first order after joining a team. A different Partner code, device or later account registration does not restart the first-order rate. Previous orders must pass the program’s payment and eligibility checks; unpaid, cancelled and fully refunded orders do not establish a previous qualifying order. Each current order still requires valid attribution and remains subject to all applicable exclusions.
Your commercial schedule
Ordinary commission rates range from 15–20% on a customer’s first qualifying order and 10–13% on later qualifying orders. These ranges describe the program’s available arrangements; they do not promise every Partner the highest rate, the same starting rate, or an automatic increase. Your commercial schedule is the arrangement assigned to your account: its exact ordinary rates, applicable quantity rates and scope, and any separately confirmed conditions. The account displays your current configured arrangement. Another Partner’s rate, ranking or support arrangement does not establish your entitlement. Quantity conditions and exclusions below take precedence where they apply. The customer discount and your commission are separate amounts.
Partner teams and recruitment
Every approved Partner, including a team member, can request team-leader access. Access requires Adria approval. An approved leader receives a recruitment link for new Partners. A joining Partner confirms the named team and accepts these Terms during registration. For each qualifying order, commission is allocated only to the referring Partner and their immediate team leader; higher ancestors receive no share of that order. Joining or leading a team does not change the Partner’s own configured referral rates. Existing Partners cannot switch teams through a recruitment link. The native assigned plan determines commission; arrangements can differ between Partners. Each Partner can see their own rates and recorded amounts. A leader sees assigned Partner identifiers and their own shares, not private customer contact details or another Partner’s complete agreement. No commission is paid merely for recruitment. Pausing recruitment does not erase existing relationships or recorded earnings.
Quantity conditions
The threshold is more than 10 paid eligible units of the same product in one order: exactly 10 does not trigger it; 11 or more does. It is not a count of orders, customers or purchases across separate orders. The same product means the same product or variation identity; split lines of that identity are combined, while different variations are counted separately. Gifts, free units and excluded lines do not count. Under the quantity arrangements, the referring Partner receives 10–13% on the first qualifying order and 10% on later qualifying orders; the exact applicable rate is shown in that Partner’s account. Where an immediate team-leader share applies, it is 3% on both first and later orders. The schedule states whether the quantity rate applies only to the qualifying product or to the whole eligible order. For example, 11 units of product A and one of product B trigger the threshold: with product-only scope only A uses the quantity rate; with whole-order scope both eligible products do. Six units of A and five of a different product B do not trigger it. The newly introduced quantity reduction applies only to orders created from its recorded effective time, shown in the account in UTC. Older orders retain their previous arrangement even if paid later. Separately agreed exceptions must be confirmed before they apply.
Paid Eligible Vials and excluded lines
A Paid Eligible Vial is a paid vial unit eligible for commission under the active policy. Gifts, complimentary water, cancelled or refunded units, excluded Box lines, custom Bulk lines without an express commission provision, shipping, shipment protection, payment fees, tax, gift-card purchase value, and other listed exclusions do not count or earn commission.
Customer discounts and stacking
A valid Partner coupon gives the customer 10% off eligible products, including eligible sale items. For selected sale products, the Partner discount may be reduced to 5%. Only one affiliate or Partner coupon may be used per order, across both the existing and new programs; two affiliate coupons cannot be combined even if they belong to the same Partner. One Partner coupon can be combined with other eligible store offers, such as FULLCOA5 or an eligible VIP €10 first-order coupon, while those offers remain valid. Each offer’s expiry, usage limits, first-order, minimum-spend, product and customer conditions still apply. Percentage offers must not be described as one added percentage unless checkout actually applies them that way. The final discount is shown at checkout. Opening a referral link does not by itself promise that a coupon discount has been added.
Commission base and rounding
Commission uses actual eligible order value after discounts and credit deductions, excluding VAT or other tax, shipping and positive fees. The current new program calculates commissions on EUR orders in an EUR store ledger. Other currencies require a verified supported calculation before earning. Refunds reduce the eligible base by refunded net product value. Final commission amounts are rounded to cents.
Custom Bulk and Box orders
A custom Bulk quote receives no automatic commission unless the accepted quote expressly records an approved fixed amount or reduced percentage before payment. Box-order commission remains excluded until a versioned Box policy defines its rate, stacking, gift, refund, and mixed-cart treatment.
Individually agreed support and future rewards
Participation does not by itself include a fixed monthly shipment, cash allowance, purchase credit, equipment package, level of personal support or bonus. Additional support may be agreed individually, including approved materials, products, equipment or other assistance. Any commitment must specify its scope or value, period and conditions in writing; existing written commitments remain governed by their agreed conditions. Planned bonus programs, rankings or performance benefits become entitlements only when their eligibility, measurement period, thresholds and rewards have been published or individually confirmed. Another Partner’s support or a general announcement does not create an entitlement for you.
Delivery, POD, and payout
An unpaid order does not create an available commission. Prepaid orders require confirmed payment under the store’s payment checks. Pay-on-delivery orders require confirmed delivery under the store’s POD policy; courier remittance is reconciled separately. Commissions are paid by the end of each month for the previous month, provided the required payment, delivery and refund checks are complete and accurate payout details have been supplied. Amounts still under review are held until the checks are resolved. Payout arrangements and any required verification are coordinated with the Affiliate Manager.
Refunds, reversals, and offsets
A cancellation, full refund, chargeback, fraudulent order, self-referral, same-household referral, or referral involving a close relative voids the related commission. Partial refunds place unpaid commission on hold for manual reconciliation using the original eligible value and rate. Adjustments after payout require an audited offset; historical paid rows are not rewritten. A displayed unpaid balance is subject to these checks before payout.
Review, evidence, and appeals
Adria may place a documented hold on suspicious attribution, identity, payment, or data-integrity evidence. A shared IP address, VPN use, device similarity, or location can support a review but is never sole proof. A Partner receives the reason for a material hold or enforcement action and a practical route to provide evidence or appeal, subject to legal restrictions.
Privacy, confidentiality, and security
Adria and the Partner must minimise personal data, protect non-public information, use customer information only for the Program, follow the Privacy Policy and applicable data-protection law, report relevant security incidents, and cooperate with lawful audit requests. Partners do not receive customer data that is unnecessary for their dashboard or dispute rights.
Tax, identity, and payout information
A Partner is responsible for the accuracy of their legal, tax, invoice, identity, and payout information. Adria may request information reasonably required by the approved payout provider or applicable law. Customer-order VAT exclusion and the tax treatment of the Partner’s own service are separate accounting questions.
Suspension and termination
Adria may reject rewards, restrict access, or terminate participation for a documented material breach, fraud, self-referral, same-household abuse, unlawful promotion, repeated prohibited claims, security risk, or failure to supply required information. Where practical and lawful, notices state the reason and any cure or appeal route. Termination ends future use of links, codes, and brand materials but does not erase historical records or lawful obligations.
Version changes and historical records
Material prospective changes receive a new Terms version and may require fresh unticked acceptance. The confirmed arrangement must identify when a change starts and, if time-limited, when it ends, including the time zone. An ordinary advertised range is not an individual rate change. The program retains exact accepted documents, the initial configured arrangement for newly approved applications under this version, and the native plan details and amounts saved with newly recorded commissions. Previously accepted documents and already recorded commissions are not overwritten by a later version. Refunds, reversals and documented corrections continue to follow the conditions attached to the original commission; they are not permission to re-rate historical earnings.
