Returns and Refunds Policy
Return, refund, complaint, damaged goods, and failed delivery rules for ADRIA orders.

Due to the specialized nature of the products supplied through this E-shop, and in order to protect product integrity, traceability, handling safety, and compliance standards, we do not accept general returns, exchanges, or refunds, except where required by applicable law or where we determine that the goods are defective, damaged in transit, or incorrectly supplied.
The products offered through this E-shop are intended exclusively for lawful scientific, laboratory, analytical, educational, or research and development purposes, where such use is permitted by law. Repeated shipment, unauthorized return, repackaging, improper handling, temperature exposure, contamination risk, or broken chain of custody may affect product integrity and prevent resale or further use.
Return Restrictions
- Products may not be returned at the Customer's own discretion.
- Products may not be returned without our prior written instructions.
- Opened, unsealed, relabeled, repackaged, handled, stored improperly, or otherwise compromised products are not eligible for return or refund.
- We reserve the right to refuse any return where product integrity, traceability, or compliance cannot be verified.
Damaged, Incorrect, Incomplete, or Defective Products
If you receive a product that is visibly damaged on delivery, incorrect, incomplete, or apparently defective, you must notify us in writing without undue delay and no later than 48 hours after delivery for visible issues.
Your notice should include your order number, product identification, batch or lot number where available, a description of the issue, and supporting photographs or other evidence where reasonably available.

Available Remedies
If we confirm that the complaint is justified, we may, at our sole discretion, replace the affected product, ship any missing quantity, issue a partial refund, issue a full refund for the affected product, or provide another commercially reasonable remedy.
Unauthorized Returns
Unauthorized returns may be refused and may be returned to the sender at the sender's expense, destroyed, or otherwise handled at our discretion where necessary for safety, compliance, or operational reasons.
Failed Delivery or Customer-Related Return
Where a shipment fails to be delivered or is returned because of reasons attributable to the Customer, including incorrect address details, non-acceptance, customs non-compliance, refusal of delivery, or destination-country restrictions, the Customer shall not be entitled to a refund of shipping costs and may also be charged any additional costs arising from the failed delivery or return, to the extent permitted by applicable law.
Mandatory Legal Rights
Nothing in this Policy limits any rights that cannot lawfully be excluded under mandatory applicable law. If mandatory rules apply to a specific purchase, those mandatory rules shall prevail to the extent required by law.
