Shipping Policy
Shipping, delivery, destination responsibility, and shipment review rules for ADRIA orders.

We offer secure and trackable shipping within the European Union and to selected international destinations, subject to product availability, destination eligibility, payment verification, and compliance review.
Processing Times
Orders are generally processed within 1-3 business days after payment confirmation, unless additional verification, stock checks, compliance review, public holidays, or other operational factors require more time.
Estimated Delivery Times
- EU orders: usually 2-7 business days.
- International orders: delivery times may vary depending on destination, customs procedures, and carrier performance.
Once your order has been dispatched, we will provide tracking information where available. Delivery updates are provided by the relevant shipping carrier.
Shipping Charges
Shipping charges are calculated during checkout and depend on the selected destination, delivery service, parcel weight, and other applicable shipment factors.
Shipment Review and Refusal
We reserve the right to delay, hold, refuse, or cancel any shipment where payment verification is incomplete or unsuccessful, the order raises compliance, safety, legal, customs, sanctions, or fraud concerns, the selected destination is unavailable or restricted, or shipment would otherwise be inappropriate or unlawful.
Destination-Country Responsibility
The Customer is solely responsible for verifying, before purchase, that the ordered products may lawfully be purchased, imported, received, possessed, used, and, where relevant, distributed in the country of destination.
For deliveries outside the European Union, or in cases where import controls apply, the Customer is solely responsible for any import documentation, local restrictions, customs formalities, duties, taxes, fees, permits, declarations, or related legal requirements.
Failed Delivery
If delivery cannot be completed due to reasons attributable to the Customer, including incorrect or incomplete delivery information, failure to accept or collect the shipment, failure to complete customs formalities, refusal of delivery, legal restrictions, or non-compliance in the destination country, we are not obliged to resend the shipment unless we expressly agree to do so.
Where a shipment is returned, refused, undeliverable, seized, delayed, or otherwise affected for reasons attributable to the Customer, we may deduct any shipping, return, storage, destruction, administrative, customs, or other related costs from any amount otherwise refundable, to the extent permitted by applicable law.
Carrier and Customs Delays
We are not responsible for carrier delays, customs delays, border inspections, regulatory checks, force majeure events, or any other circumstances outside our reasonable control.
