Partner Privacy Notice
Controller and scope
Adria Science administers Partner applications, account access, program administration, attribution, commission, compliance and direct Partner communications described in this Notice. The website Privacy Policy and Legal Notice provide the general controller and contact information. Any payout provider introduced later will identify its role and applicable privacy notice before information is collected through that service.
Data processed
The Program processes account identifiers, name, email, professional role, requested code, application answers, promotion channels, optional public profile handles or URLs, decisions, versioned acceptances, individual commission arrangements, support correspondence, consent state, referral events, account attribution, eligible order calculations, commission, adjustments, payout status, and proportionate fraud-review evidence such as account, order, device, network, address, household, and relationship overlaps.
Team access and recruitment records
For Partner teams, Adria records the access request, manager decision, invitation identifier, accepted team rates and conditions, assigned parent-member relationship and related commissions. A recruitment link carries the invitation through sign-in and application; a team relationship is saved only after explicit acceptance. Team leaders receive assigned Partner identifiers and their own commission shares. We do not expose member customer contact details or unrelated Partner agreements through the team page.
Data not stored in WordPress
The Partner dashboard does not collect full payout credentials, PayPal credentials, IBAN details, bank-account details or payout-provider tax forms. It displays the native payout history and status. Contact the Affiliate Manager for the approved payout process; do not enter banking or identity documents in the promotion-plan fields.
Purposes and legal bases
Application review, account access, Partner Terms performance, commission calculation, payout administration, and program notices rely on requested pre-contract steps or contract performance. Tax, accounting, and legally required records rely on legal obligations. Fraud prevention, security, ledger integrity, and proportionate program review rely on legitimate interests balanced against Partner rights. Non-essential browser attribution relies on consent where required.
Browser tracking and account attribution
The 30-day Partner browser window starts only after the required browser-tracking consent. Refusing or withdrawing that consent prevents new browser tracking and removes affiliate cookies on the next website request. A code deliberately entered by the customer can still attribute that order. The current program does not enable permanent customer-account binding; later purchases require valid native referral attribution.
Recipients and processors
Data may be shared on a need-to-know basis with hosting, email, security, analytics, ecommerce, affiliate-ledger, accounting, professional-adviser, fulfilment, and approved payout providers. Partners receive only the minimised order and commission information needed to understand their dashboard and exercise dispute rights.
International transfers
Where personal data is transferred outside the EEA, Adria uses an available lawful transfer mechanism and supplementary safeguards appropriate to the provider and risk, such as an adequacy decision or approved standard contractual clauses. The website Privacy Policy describes general processing and provider categories.
Retention
Applications, acceptances, attribution, commission, payout, tax, accounting, fraud-prevention and legal-claim records are retained for the relevant relationship and the operational, accounting, tax, security and legal periods described in the website Privacy Policy. Browser referral identifiers expire after the 30-day referral window. Records needed for disputes, legal obligations or documented abuse investigations may be retained for the applicable purpose.
Human review and automated checks
A complete valid Partner application is approved automatically after the required documents and standards are accepted. Adria can review compliance and continued participation. Automated checks may validate code format, duplication, eligibility, attribution, order state, thresholds, or obvious abuse. A shared IP address, VPN signal, device similarity, address overlap, household indicator, or relationship clue can support a review but is never sole proof. A materially adverse decision is reviewable by a person where GDPR or fairness requires.
Your rights
Subject to GDPR conditions and lawful exceptions, a person may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability, or objection and may withdraw consent without affecting prior lawful processing. Identity verification may be required. A complaint may be made to a competent data protection supervisory authority in the EU/EEA, including the authority responsible for your habitual residence, workplace or the place of an alleged infringement, as permitted by GDPR.
Required and optional information
Authenticated account access, application identity, promotion plan, required acknowledgements, and provider verification are necessary for the relevant Program stage. Public profile handles or URLs are optional unless a stated channel must be reviewed. Without required or verifiable information, Adria may be unable to approve the application, attribute activity, calculate commission, or release a payout.
Versioned changes and electronic records
This Notice is versioned. Material changes to purposes, legal bases, recipients, transfers, tracking, retention, or rights are communicated through the account or email. Where consent or contractual acknowledgement is required, it is requested expressly and recorded with the exact text, version, hash, account, locale, timestamp, and minimised security evidence.
Published version and contact
This version is published with the Partner Terms and is available before submission and from the Partner dashboard. Privacy questions and rights requests can be submitted through the Contact page on adriascience.com. The general website Privacy Policy also applies.
