Partner Program Terms
These Partner Program Terms govern participation in the Adria Science partner, affiliate, referral, coupon, creator, and cooperation program operated by Adria Science.
1. Eligibility
Partners must be at least 18 years old, provide accurate account and payout information, comply with applicable laws, and promote Adria Science only in a responsible, research-use-only, compliance-conscious manner.
2. Brand and Compliance Rules
Partners must not make human-use, animal-use, dosing, administration, diagnosis, treatment, cure, medical outcome, cosmetic outcome, supplement, veterinary, or unlawful-use claims in connection with Adria Science links, codes, assets, products, or pages.
Partners must not represent that they are employees, agents, owners, laboratories, certifiers, or official legal representatives of Adria Science unless expressly authorized in writing.
3. Links, Codes, and Attribution
Partners may receive referral links, coupon codes, QR codes, campaign links, or other tracking tools. Commission is attributed only where the system records eligible tracked activity. The Company is not responsible for untracked, incorrectly formatted, blocked, deleted, or technically interrupted referrals.
4. Commission and Payouts
Commission rates, eligible products, payout thresholds, payout timing, pending status, rejected status, and payout method are shown in the Partner Portal or agreed separately in writing. Unless otherwise stated, commission accounting and payout reporting are handled in EUR.
Commissions may be rejected, reversed, delayed, or deducted for refunded orders, cancelled orders, failed payments, chargebacks, fraud, self-referrals, policy breach, unlawful promotion, tracking abuse, coupon abuse, or orders that are not validly completed.
5. Promotional Restrictions
Partners may not use spam, misleading advertising, fake urgency, unauthorized paid search bidding on protected brand terms, impersonation, unlawful email marketing, misleading product claims, copied website content, or content that damages the Adria Science brand or creates compliance risk.
6. Partner Content
Partners are responsible for their own websites, social posts, email lists, claims, disclosures, audience targeting, privacy notices, advertising compliance, tax obligations, and local legal compliance.
7. Termination
Adria Science may approve, reject, suspend, restrict, or terminate partner participation at any time where needed for operational, brand, compliance, payment, fraud, or legal reasons. On termination, the partner must stop using Adria Science links, codes, assets, logos, and brand materials unless otherwise permitted.
8. Relationship
Partners are independent contractors. Nothing in these terms creates employment, agency, franchise, joint venture, legal representation, or authority to bind Adria Science.
9. General Site Policies
Orders referred through the program remain subject to the main Terms and Conditions, Privacy Policy, Cookie Policy, Shipping Policy, and Returns and Refunds Policy.
