We understand that price matters, and we want to explain what goes into ours. We work with manufacturing partners operating under internationally recognized quality systems, including cGMP, ISO 9001 and ISO 13485. Our manufacturing network includes facilities inspected by authorities such as the FDA, EMA, NMPA, TGA and MFDS. These standards and inspections relate to our partners’ facilities and operations; the documentation for individual products and batches is a separate part of our quality approach.
For researchers, that means batch-specific Certificates of Analysis (COAs), analytical testing, product safety data sheets (SDS/MSDS), and traceability from the supplied product to its supporting documentation. Matching the batch number to the corresponding COA matters: a generic certificate or a report for a different batch cannot verify the material you receive.

We know lower-priced options exist. Our aim is to offer the best value we can while maintaining verified sourcing, meaningful documentation and responsive customer support. We do not want to reduce costs by accepting unverified sources or reports that cannot be linked to the supplied batch.
